Massage therapy with your goals in mind.

Choose from therapeutic, prenatal, deep tissue, orthopedic and relaxation-focused massage, with sessions guided by your comfort and goals.

Make time for your muscles and movement.

Massage therapy can be a practical option for people seeking hands-on support for muscle tension, activity-related soreness or relaxation. Your session is guided by a conversation about your preferences, comfort and goals.

Approaches may include targeted therapeutic pressure, soft-tissue techniques and other methods offered by the practitioner you've selected. Your therapist will explain the session and adjust based on your feedback.

01 / GENTLE SUPPORT

Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy brings changes in posture, comfort and daily movement. Prenatal massage offers a calm, individualized appointment that may help with common muscle tension in the back, shoulders and hips, while giving you time to relax.

With an appropriately trained therapist, sessions use supportive pillows and pregnancy-appropriate positioning, often side-lying. Tell us your stage of pregnancy and any medical concerns before booking so the team can help determine whether this service is suitable.

02 / FOCUSED PRESSURE

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage uses slower, more targeted techniques to work with areas of persistent muscle tightness and soft-tissue restriction. It may be a good fit if you prefer focused work on the shoulders, upper back, hips or other overworked muscle groups.

Your therapist adjusts depth and pace to your comfort. Deep tissue does not have to mean painful pressure; effective massage is guided by your response and the treatment goal rather than intensity alone.

03 / ASSESSMENT-LED

Orthopedic Massage

Orthopedic massage is an assessment-informed approach to soft-tissue care for musculoskeletal complaints, overuse and restricted movement. Rather than relying on one massage style, the therapist considers the tissues and everyday activities associated with your concern.

Depending on your needs and the practitioner’s training, an appointment may include specific soft-tissue work, myofascial approaches and gentle movement-based techniques. This is massage therapy—not medical diagnosis or a replacement for assessment of a significant injury.

04 / REST & RESET

Relaxation Massage

Relaxation massage is designed for people who want a quieter, gentler appointment to unwind from a demanding week. Flowing, comfortable techniques can help ease everyday muscle tension and create space for rest.

Let your therapist know what feels best—light to moderate pressure, preferred focus areas and the atmosphere you find most comfortable. You do not need to have a specific injury or pain complaint to book time for relaxation.

Can I use my extended health benefits?

Coverage depends on your insurance provider, plan, and practitioner. Direct billing is available for eligible massage plans and certain osteopathy insurers. Please confirm your benefits before your visit; we can provide receipts for claims.

Do I need a referral?

Most clients can book manual osteopathy or massage therapy directly. Some insurers may have their own requirements, so check your plan.

Questions about massage therapy?

Every session begins with your preferences and health history. If you're unsure which approach is appropriate, the clinic can help you choose a starting point.

Is prenatal massage safe throughout pregnancy?

Massage may be appropriate during an uncomplicated pregnancy when provided by a therapist trained in prenatal care. Positioning and techniques should be adjusted to your stage of pregnancy. Tell us about any complications or concerns; ask your prenatal health professional before massage if you have a high-risk pregnancy or have been advised to limit activity.

Should deep tissue massage hurt?

No. Focused pressure may occasionally feel tender, but it should remain within a tolerable range. Tell your therapist immediately if any technique feels too intense or uncomfortable.

What makes orthopedic massage different?

It is a clinical, goal-oriented approach to massage that considers soft-tissue discomfort and movement concerns. It is not a separate medical diagnosis service. Your therapist will explain the techniques appropriate to their training and scope of practice.

Can I book massage just to relax?

Yes. Relaxation massage is an option for clients who prefer comfortable, soothing techniques without a specific injury-related goal. You can discuss pressure and areas of focus at the appointment.
