Your practitioner discusses your health history and goals, assesses relevant movement and areas of discomfort, and explains a treatment approach. Hands-on care may begin during the first session when appropriate.

Coverage depends on your insurance provider, plan, and practitioner. Direct billing is available for eligible massage plans and certain osteopathy insurers. Please confirm your benefits before your visit; we can provide receipts for claims.

Most clients can book manual osteopathy or massage therapy directly. Some insurers may have their own requirements, so check your plan.

Use the Book Online button to select a service, practitioner, date, and available time through our Jane App booking portal. You can also call the clinic for help.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed visits may be charged the full appointment fee under clinic policy.

Current fees depend on the treatment, practitioner and session length. The live Jane booking portal displays available treatment options and prices before you confirm a booking.

Parking is available near the building. Please follow the signs and any registration instructions for visitor or designated parking stalls. Contact reception if you need help when you arrive.
